Windows 2008 Terminal service

Have difficulty finding a solution to our problem on our windows 2008 terminal server.
The error states:
“The requested operation cannot be completed because the terminal connection is currently busy processing a connect, disconnect, reset or delete operation.”

I hope you can help me on this.
