I need some help. I got this error when one of my users logged on to his Win2K SP2 machine. The message read: Explorer.exe-Application Error The instruction at 0x71187db7 referenced memory at 0x7113ad8. The memory could not be written.
Whatwould cause this and how do I go about fixing it.
