I have a client who had me clean install Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit on their new hard drive a few months ago. Everything was going fine but now the OS freezes up when the system sits idle for more than 10 minutes. I browsed Microsoft forums and found that their arequite a few others with similar problems. I have tried every suggestion from those forums including changeing all the power setting options, shutting off the power down monitor and manually shutting dispay off. Nothing seems to work. I have looked through the event logs everytime and nothing appears wrong but system still freezes.
Any thoughts I could try?
