Can I Install Windows 95 onto a 486 pc. ???
Is there any system requirements???

Yes, you should not have any problem with installing Win95 on a 486.

From the above link:
"Before you install Windows 95 on your computer you must first ensure that you have the following minimum specifications (Microsoft's Guidelines)"

50 MHz
8 Mb RAM
100 MB disk space

Technically it will even run on a 386. Take a look here for detailed Win95 system requirements:

I have an old Compaq Deskpro DX2 overclocked to 66mhz with 12MB RAM and 140MB HDD. I have Windows 95B OSR2 on it and it runs very well and I have even had Windows 98 JUST running bare bones on it. Finding out what you can run on old PCs is fun, go for it!

The minimum requirements for Windows 95 is a 386 with 4 megs of ram, 220 meg of h/d space and a vga graphics card
