Windows 95

Hi,
I have two questions:
Is there a way to get I.E. 6.0 on a w/95 computer.
Also I would like to get the most current security updates on the w/95 computer. I know w/windows 98 computers, I could run the product update and it will automatically scan the computer for updates. Is there something that will do the same for the w/95 computer. Thanks
