Have Win95 and Win98 computers (one of each) networked (10BaseT). The Win98 has BellAtlantic DSL using TCP/IP and NetBEUI for peer-to-peer network to Win95 machine. Win95 does not have TCP/IP installed. Win98 is sharing disk and printer; Win95 is sharing disk. The Win98 computer can see the Win95 computer and fully use its disk. The Win95 does not ‘see’ the Win98 computer and thus cannot use Win98 disk or printer resources. NetBEUI has been uninstalled and reinstalled on both machines; sharing on Win98 machine has been uninstalled and reinstalled. I am sure there is a registry entry on the Win95 machine that is not set correctly. Does anyone have an idea of the registry entry involved? Thanks to all in advance.
P.S. Cannot use TCP/IP for peer-to-peer, which would require fixed IP addresses and fouls up the BellAtlantic DSL.
