WINDOWS 95 CRASH

I have a IBM PERSONAL COMPUTER 300GL that continue’s to crash while using any application or program. I am using Windows 95 and MSOffice 97 the screen goes black and than I just have to re-boot. We have re-installed the operating system(windos95) but the problem persists. What can I do?.
