I am trying to start my windows 98, but when It tries to boot, I here a loud clicking sound from the laptop I am trying to use (the windows 98 one). I can’t start my computer in normal mode,but I can start it in safe mode.
Is there any explanation to the clicking sound.
Is there any explanation for my laptop only starting in safe mode?
here are the specifications of my laptop:
133mhz pentium 1
81920kb RAM
1mb Video card
there is no floppy (it was damaged earlier)
The cd-rom player is broken (it doesn’t read discs)
256 colors (has problems starting in 16bit)
1.3gb hard drive
