I have been assigned the task of putting a small window in the top right hand corner of the desktop that will display information about our help desk numbers and times our users can reach us. I have already thought about using the image as a wallpaper but my boss wants our users to be able to use there own wallpaper and have our support image sit on top of the wallpaper in the corner. Most of the computers are 98 but I have a few NT computers as well.
