Everytime I logon, my Windows logo looks like it is in water. The Windows logo is not vivid or clear it looks smeared. I checked for virus and no virus was found. I notice that my STRTLOGO file has .bmp as the extention (strtlogo.bmp). What ext. should it be. Could this be the problem. Please help!!
