windows 98 p/w problem

I have a small network , in this i have one win 2000 server and a nt 4.0 server

win 98 client finely log into the winnt server
when it access the resources of the win 2000 server , it asking IPC$ password , i type the admin password , it says invalid password
what i have to do

please help me out
