windows 98 remote administration

does anyone know how to configure remote administration on a win 98 computer? it’s old but it’s connected to a production machine and can’t be replaced without upgrading the entire computer. i’ve tried going into passwords from control panel, under the remote administration tab you can enable remote administration with a check box, but i get an “error 2114” message. any ideas on that either?

and if remoting into the 98 machine won’t work, any one have a good suggestion on a remoting software to get into windows 98?
