Windows 98 shutting down too fast

Recently, I read a TechMail about Windows 98 shutting down too quickly. Does anyone remember the registry entry that fixes this?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Shutdown
It should be set to 0 to fix the problem.

Thanks, I found that there is also a Windows update that corrects the problem.
