I am having a problem with the volume control in a Compact Presario running Windows 98. The entire control panel has just vanished, and I have a user asking why, but I have’nt yet found a fix. I dont want to have to back-up the hard drive and reloadthe operating system. If anyone has come across this problem before….HELP!
