I tried to setup wireless network card and when I restarted it flashed the microsoft screen and started the desktop a message “A require dll file shlwapi.dll can not be found.” “Error Explorer.exe you must reinstall windows.” I don’t have my 98 disk with me and the 98 boot disk doesn’t work is there a way to get these files back so it will start up. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
