Windows 98SE

The latest computer that I have worked on is not loading all drivers. It keeps on bring me to safe mode. I have change out all components of old pc into a newer pc. I had to install the old hard drives into the new pc. I ran scandisk, ok. defrag, ok. but still goes into safemode, now I;m getting a TCP/IP error, please help need the computer online for Monday
