With new XP software I cannot merge Access database info with a Word template. It worked with Access 97 and Windows 98–now it doesn’t. System locks up after I locate the Word file to merge with the query of names and addresses, etc. I cannot make labels using the label wizard or fill out forms using a query from my master database.
The error/problem is described as “AppName: winword.exe, App Ver: 10.0.26270, ModName: msctf.dll, ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 0002872e”. I did send the automatic report to Microsoft. Help!!??
