in our company we have windows 2000 server standared editon with exchange 2000 server loaded in same server, it bit old server and we have around 12 clients connected to it, now our company want to buy a new server which with windows 2003 stand editon and Exchang server 2003, now please help me to move Active direcotry 2000 and exchange server 2000 to new server because old server we will take away from our network soon.
what are the steps i shoud take before doing this importend job, please help me to get this answer.
