windows administration

Hi all
I have windows xp installed with myself as administrator and 3 other limited accounts. My kids got some games for Xmas which I loaded. unfortuneately the games require you to be an administrator to run them. There must be a way for the administrator to set limited accounts to run the games as part of administration. Can anyone please help in this matter and guide me in the ways of administration
