Windows adv 2000 server problem

while trying to login to a Windows Advanced 2000 server it shows the message that page file is full.It needs to be increased.On pressin the ‘OK” button it agains go back to the login screen an the process continues.The same is also happening when try to run in Safe mode.How can I log into the system now?
