Windows Backup

By Tejota ·
I am trying to get the Windows backup to run without intervention and backup to the network. I can start the backup program with the scheduler, but the scheduler will only start it, it won't run it without intervention. Does anyone know any switches to add to the task scheduler command line I can put to start the job?

I had this same annoyance. The Windows backup program that comes with 98 is made by Seagate and will not run unattended even when placed in the scheduler. I expect this is because Seagate wants to sell you backup exec... The only way I know around that would be to use something like Script It! that captures your keystrokes... Hope this helps...
