Windows based Print job Spooler and management

Hi all,

We are moving fomr a legacy credit control system that uses an inbuilt print spooler to a new windows based package.
But we need to replace the print spooler software.
We need it to be able to do the following in order of preferance:

1 -Ability to send print jobs to a central spooler and selectivly print them to destinations of our choice, We do not want the jobs to go direct to printer.

2 – Ability to reprint said jobs complete or parts thereof.

3 – Preview of job in spooler (is “a would be nice to have”, not essential).

Any ideas or suggestions for products that do these things would be veyr useful.
