I’m running Windows XP Pro SP2, Latest updates
I have WD 160 GB and Segate 250 GB
Both of these drives have data currently on them, from a previous external enclosure, however when I stick them in the new external (Set to Master), the drive doesn’t show up in My Computer, but does in Disk Management. Within Disk Management it sees the drive as 100% Free Space, which is incorrect.
It reports that the drive does not contain a file system (it should be NTFS) and it reports that the status is Healthy. I am at a loss why this is happening. Please help me.
I can not access any of my data, I know that these drives are fine, I have hooked them up on my main system.
