Windows can not find

By robertworldweb ·
When I open my 3 disk drives C,D & E The error is Windows cannot find 'copy.exe'. I can not open the drives normally by double clicking I need to open by right click and by selecting explore, I tried to install some anti-virus and andti-spyware and scanned my drives, I removed some spyware which I think are the one who causes the error but when I finished the scan and tried to open my drives the errors is still the same.

Please help me solve this, can we solve it manually? Some Guru here..

Think, that's not a virus. I meet that problem in Windows with SP2 and all updates integrated. So, my solution.

start menu -> run -> gpedit.msc -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Double Click on "Turn off Autoplay" -> Change CD-ROM drives to All drives -> tick on "Enabled" -> Apply; OK -> Reboot

It will disable all your autostarts, include CD-ROM & Local Drives, but it's not bothering me at all. I don't need them.

Have a good PC-Time.
