Windows CE .Net for 64 bit

By cwko2010 ·
I'm have a Windows 2008 R2 64bit server. I have a device I need to connect but Windows 2008 keeps asking me that it needs a Windows CE .Net 5.0 driver.

Where can I get this driver for a 64bit?

The manufacturer of the device only has a 32bit driver.

OK I'm lost what Device is it here?

That seems to be a general Generic Error Message as the OS can not work out what is happening.

Odds are though that there is no 64 Bit Driver so have you tried the 32 Bit one that is available?

Well if the 32 Bit Driver doesn't work

The Hardware is not supported by Windows 7 64 Bit and will not work with it.

Did you check the System with the Windows Upgrade Adviser before applying the 7 Upgrade Disc?

I have several pieces of Hardware that work with Vista 64 but will not work with 7 in 64 but the 32 Bit Versions are OK and they work fine.
