My favourite method is using System Policies.
The idea is to create a file called exactly CONFIG.POL, save it to the NETLOGON share on your NT Servers PDC and BDC.
The hard part is making and testing the file using Poledit System Policy Editor.
You can get this on the NT Server admininstrative tools menu. or by the Add Remove Programs (have disk) on the Win95 machine. If you use the Server version, add the Windows Template from the Winnt\inf folder.

In windows 95 they had a copy of poledit or system policy editor. It works on 98 as well just get a copy of it off any 95 cd you can run that and it will give you check box options to disable those exact items you mentioned if you need any more or more detailed info feel free to email

If you use policy edior you can set all of those features and some more. The file is Poledit.exe on your win9x cd. you create a policy file and then save it in the same folder as your login scripts. There has to be a default file name to make it work but unfortunatley I can't remember it.
