I have tried everything recommended to get Drop Shadows to work on a desktop computer. Desktop Properties, System Properties, etc. After doing all of the recommended configurations, nothing works. Putting check marks in the appropriate boxes does not work. The Windows desktop icons and titles remain the same, no drop shadows. Is this a problem with WindowsXP system?
