Windows Explorer Toolbar Missing

Windows Explorer Toolbar is Missing and cannot be expanded when it is just a single window. When exploring with the tree on the left, I can see the toolbars and everything. This is probably an easy fix, but it involves the registry, I’m sure, andI would like not to make a mistake. – Erik
