Windows File Sharing

By cris_toves2002 ·
Okay here's my problem/question: I have a Sony Vaio NR and Dell Inspiron 1525 both with Windows Vista Home Premium. I am currently using the Inspiron for most of my work...however every now and then I need to access files from the Vaio. I have a wireless network at home....How do I set up the Vaio so I can access it's (Vaio) C: drive and other folders with my Inspiron through the wireless network?

Home Networking Wizard, or File Sharing Wizard? Not sure what they are called in Vista.

In XP, Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communications > Network Setup Wizard.

It'll walk you through everything, and you've got a simple setup.

Or just type Setup Network or something like that in Help Center, it'll point you to a wizard. Also to be found in the Control Panel, I'd wager.

Post back if you need anything else.
