I have had three incidents in the past month where Windows will boot up with an Explore.exe error nad says to Reload Windows. The only common symptom seems to be after accessing Compuserve or AOL using Dial-up networking but I am not sure if this iscausing the error. Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a fix besides reloading windows or reformatting the drive?
