When I try to install the Windows Installer 2.0b for nt server 4, I get the following message:
‘The Windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.’
What I am looking for is a method to manually remove the Windows Installer. I believe afterwards that the installer should mount correctly. Thank you for your cooperation.
