Shortcut creation....

If you have, or want to download Microsoft's Intelletype, the key combination would be the
Windows Logo Key+C.

Without Intelletype, you will need to create your own shortcut.
Open your My Computer, click and drag the Control Panel icon to your Desktop. Right-click on the new shortcut icon and select Properties. The tab labeled Shortcut should come up in the window. In the field Shortcut key:, press your key combination. Unless you would like to add further customizations, that should be it.
**Remember, as this shortcut is almost always active, the key combo must include Ctrl + Alt.

****If you don't have the Control Panel icon in your My Computer and need help adding it just let me know.
