Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit.
Have client who complains that new messages download and then completely disappear, except for the first one downloaded. Not in any folders (including the inbox where they should be) including deleted items, junk folder, et al.
“Show all messages” is checked. So this apparently isn’t just a problem with what the customer is viewing.
Previous messages are also gone and there’s only a single message in any folder including sent items.
The mail worked fine until a day or two ago when this problem showed up.
Anyone else had this problem?
