my problem started about the middle of last month. i turned on my computer and started Messenger and my login and passwords were blank, i filled them in and logged on without any trouble next day i turned my computer on and again no login or passwords. i have been dealing with Microsoft on this issuse with nothing to show for it so far. i have uninstalled WLM several times once with the aid of Microsoft and reinstalled didnt work.
any help with this is appreciated.
