I am running a Compaq Presario 1681 Notebook w/ Windows 95, MS Office 2000 Premuim using Outlook 2000 for mail and exchange. When I close out the IE 5 and then close out Outlook 2000 similtaneously, then try to close off the connection I will get a windows lock-up. I must wait for all programs to close first before I can disconnect the modem. Occasionally Outlook will auto disconnect, but the majority of the time I have to manually do so. Can you tell me what might be happening here?
