I am using Windows XP PRof. SP2 (non-networked) with Fast user switching active. Frequently when a user logs on from the Welcome Screen it starts loading the user (slowly) and then jumps back out to the Welcome Screen. Sometimes it takes several attempts before it actually loads a user properly.
Any ideas?
