Windows Mail (Vista) does not display Spam folders

by penny . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

Hello,
Any help with the following will be greatly appreciated.
My laptop runs Windows Vista Home premium. I use Windows Mail to read my email. All my email accounts are IMAP. My email provider offers server side spam filters which are enabled. When I read my email via ?webmail? I can see the spam folders. When I use Windows Mail I cannot see them. When I attempt to create/see the spam folders, I get the message: ?Could not show Spam. The server refused to show it. The folder might already shawn. Folder already subscribed.?
Any suggestions?

Many thanks
Penny
