Windows ME should actually be changed to Windows MIGRANE. I am experiencing a lot of problems on, applications crashing when you don’t even use it, Blue screens, Registries becoming corrupt on a regular basis – happens even when not installing a application. Multi tasking also seems to have taken a knock on a Pentium II, the whole computer freezes for a few seconds, and then starts going again, even under IE, when you click on a link, the computer freezes for a few seconds, evenb the mouse doesn’t move, the you hear the click sound and it goes on again. When going into standby, the computer sometimes just hangs in standby mode and sometimes doesn’t go into standby.
Who of you experience this same instability and freezes? Is there a work araound for this?
