I had to reformat a new ( compaq presario 1800T )laptop. I loaded Windows ME full version on a blank C:
When in windows, I’m stuck looking at a 640 by 480 screen resolution, and only 16 COLORS. I’ve tried changing different display adapters,and monitors in the monitor properties section.
Need Help!!!
