When I try to run Windows explorer the following error message appears: “Explorer has caused an error in . Explorer will now close. If problem persists restart computer.” Restarting the computer did not help. I have reinstalled the OSfiles and Windows Update. I have done a complete scandisk. What can be causing the problem?
