This windows ME PC starts up somewhat normally. It starts up to the point where the desktop picture is on the screen, but no icons or taskbar appear. I tried the task manager hoping to run a new task, but that option is not available. This may be Win ME, I don’t know. Tried starting in safe mode and I does the same thing. Any way into this PC to restore it to a time where it functioned properly or to just enable explorer?
