Windows ME print problem with web pages

I have a new IBM-Netvista machine on Win ME that used to print web pages and E-mail just fine. All I get now is the header and footer. I have run all diags., reinstalled the printer and still can’t get it to work. The printer still works perfect onnon web based applications such as Office 97. I would appreciate any advice on what to try next.
