I am running Windows ME with a Micro Star K7T Pro2-A motherboard and a ATI Xpert 2000 Pro AGP video card. When I shut my pc off for the night and turn it back on the next day it comes up in only 16 colors(if it’s only off for a few minutes it comes up OK). All I have to do is restart the computer and it comes back up correct. Have loaded the drivers recommended by Microsoft and ATI with no improvement. During startup on pci device listing the device ID for display controller has 2 different numbers, 5247 when display comes up in only 16 colors and 5246 when display comes up properly. Any advice would be apprciated.
