Windows ME startup error

Okay, I already know Windows ME is a POS, but this isn’t my PC. On startup, after the OS loads, it displays an error of “fxgdsenu has caused an error in Kernel 32. fxgdsenu will now close”

Any idea what “fxgdsenu” is associated with? I asked if anything was installed recently, and was told no, and the error has happened within the last two weeks. System restore was disabled, so there’s no chance of rolling the OS back.
