I recently tried to upgrade from Windows 98 to ME. The upgrade went smoothly, but when I then tried to open Internet Explorer or MS Outlook I could not make a connection with the servers. The dialer was OK, but no servers could be found after the connection was made. When I then uninstalled ME everything worked fine. Why is this?
