I have a user in a satallite office that would like to use WMP7. She is running Win98. SHe is connected to our office(the main internet connection)by Frame relay. All users in this office are able to use the player, yet she cannot. We have confirmed that the correct firewall(Raptor) ports are open, and that her subnet has access. She can browse the web fine, but cannot access this one piece.
