In my old Windows ME computer, whenever I right-click to click NEW and then FOLDER or whatever, the NEW tab doesnt show up. So I can’t create new folders or text docs or WinRAR archives, etc. Can someone tell me what I can do?
P.S. I recently installed a driver for the NVIDIA Graphics card. Just in case that might do anything.
