You will need a VPN client (like SecureRemote) to set up a VPN connection. There is no built-in VPN connection like in Win2k.

Windows NT 4.0 Workstation & VPN

Each set up is slightly different.
Are you installing a VPN hardware divice or are you looking for a pure software solution?
Is your VPN connection gong to pass through a firewall?
Does your ISP allow VPN configuration?
Is the IP address provided by your ISP static or dymnamic?

Each of these questions can point you to a different VPN solution. Depending on the connection, you may need to look at multiple vendor solutions to find the best fit for your existing connections. Or else, you may spend more time and money re-engineering your network to accept the VPN configuration.
