Windows NT Server 4.0

By nhoek ·
Not sure if this falls under OS's or Hardware?

Anyway I just recently set up a System NT Server 4.0 as a BDC on our network, the install went fine and I could see our network and copy files over. How ever, once I reboot this system it will not come back up. It hangs at the SCSI screen, once it picks up the SCSI Hard drive (at ID:0) it stops and thats it.

Any ideas? The scsi card is using ID 7.

Follow up Questions:
1)Did you have a good reboot after the install and before the file copy? So did you get atleast one good reboot?
2)What hardware brand and model server? Have you checked to confirm the Firmware and drivers are all correct? You probably checked this- but wanted to confirm?
3)IS the SCSI Adaptec and can you do a Alt+s or somethign to get into the config? if so does it see the HD's.

This is a start of things I'd review. Brian
