by samthetrue . Updated 20 years, 10 months ago

at work one the the people that i am suposto help speaks russan… and very little english… he has a older computer that is running windows NT workstation on it… it doesnt have internet access but i can write to a CD and put it in the older computer…
is there a program out there that can make windows NT talk in russan to the person (or a way to make it without downloading more software… even if im sure i searched for a way and couldnt find one)

or at least a on screen russan key board so he could write stuff (witch reminds me to get a translator so i can understand what he writes)

everything needs to be under 700 megs… or at least in pieces that small… but if its bigger thats fine also (needs to fit on a standard CD but i supose there are compacting programs if needed)

i hope you people can help

thanks

sam
